Borobudur Travel: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Borobudur Travel! We strive to provide our customers with the best travel experience possible. Before booking your trip with us, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. These are put in place to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

1. Booking and Payment:

a. Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service department.
b. Full payment is required at the time of booking. This can be done online or through our customer service department.
c. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and bank transfers.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

a. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued if done at least 3 days prior to the trip.
b. Cancellations made within 2 days of the trip will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
c. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 1 day of the trip.

3. Changes and Amendments:

a. Changes to travel dates or itinerary can be made up to 3 days prior to the trip, subject to availability.
b. Any changes made within 1 day of the trip will be subject to a 20% change fee.

4. Travel Insurance:

a. It is highly recommended that all customers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
b. Borobudur Travel will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred during the trip.

5. Health and Safety:

a. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are in good health and able to participate in all activities included in the trip.
b. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure proper accommodations can be made.
c. Borobudur Travel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit to participate in the trip.
